was “filled with grace and power.” His
detractors considered it unsavory.
Though they sought to diminish his name, his face retained an angelic
aura.
Before
the council of educated, elected priests from around the region, Stephen shared
the good news. It burned their ears and
inflamed a dangerous rage.
His
face remained unchanged.
